Building a Culture Where Everyone Belongs
Creating accessible and inclusive environments isn’t just about compliance – it’s about people. Through my lived experience as a disabled professional with Cerebral Palsy and my work in schools, charities and other organisations, I can help you identify both physical and everyday barriers with a view to making meaningful, lasting changes.
Whether you want to check how accessible your environment is, upskill your team or embed inclusion into everyday practice, these services are designed to help you take confident, practical steps forward.
Accessibility Audits
A fresh, practical look at how accessible your environment really is – through the eyes of a wheelchair user. We’ll look at entrances and layouts, facilities, signage and communication. My accessibility audits highlight both physical and attitudinal barriers and will provide realistic, low-cost recommendations that work within your budget.
Accessibility audits include:
- On site walkthroughs and consultation
- Summary Report with key action points
- Optional staff debrief and/or accessibility training session
Disability Awareness Training
Flexible, interactive training sessions to help you and your team understand disability, accessibility and how to create fully inclusive environments. Sessions are available online or in person, half or full day sessions.
Rooted in real stories and lived experience, these sessions build empathy, confidence and practical skills to support disabled customers, colleagues and students.
Popular topics include::
- Understanding disability and language
- Barriers to inclusion (and how to remove them)
- The Equality Act and making reasonable adjustments
- Creating a culture of inclusion
